Schools

Clear Creek ISD is the largest school district in League City with Dickinson ISD and Santa Fe ISD sharing the remaining balance. Clear Creek ISD is consistently ranked among the top 25 school districts in the State of Texas and was recently named the best large school district in the Houston area.

League City enjoys 203 sunny days per year and a climate comfortability rating 29% higher than the national average. League City residents take advantage of this climate by running, biking, and walking on a 20 mile trail system with plans to expand to 212 miles in the coming years. Water lovers can also enjoy a paddle trail on Clear Creek with stops at 4 public parks. League City offers a total of 608 acres of developed park land and 432 acres of county parks.

Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy the numerous baseball, volleyball, soccer, football fields, and swimming pools available at Hometown Heroes Park, Big League Dreams Sports Park, and the Chester L. Davis Sportsplex.
